It is a rare occurrence in the case of Mayama.com.BD where customers did not receive their products intact. But sometimes we may fail to meet your expectations, sometimes circumstances are not on our side. But now there is a "bond of trust" between the customer and Mayama.com.BD, so, to further confirm and encourage this "bond of trust" Mayama.com.BD has brought you the "Happy Return" policy. Where customers can return their products only if there is something wrong (torn, missing item, wrong product, etc.). In that case, Mayama.com.BD will give you a new product in exchange. Because we believe that if that happiness cannot make you smile, happiness should be returned. Therefore, we returned it with due joy. We always want to bring a smile to your face and make you happier. We call this policy of ours "Happy Return".


*If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it as long as your product meets the following criteria:

*It is within 07 days from the date of delivery.

All items for return or exchange must be unused and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact and not broken or Must not be tampered with.

*Returns/Replacements for products are subject to inspection and testing by the Mayama.com.BD team.

*Damage due to negligence, improper use or digital content such as e-books will not be covered under our returns policy.

*Replacements are subject to stock availability with the supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

*Please note that Cash on Delivery convenience charges and shipping charges will not be included in the refund price of your order as they are non-refundable charges.

Reasons for Returns and Replacements:

*If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete upon delivery, please contact us within the applicable returns window. Depending on the product category and condition, your product may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Please see the detailed terms and conditions in the relevant section below.

*Please note that some products are not eligible for a return if the product is "no longer needed".

*You must claim the product back within 3 days. Sorry, Refunds are not possible after the 3-day limit. For further queries, you can contact our team 24/7 at Mayama.com.bd@gmail.com.

*Please note that Mayama.com.BD is not obligated to refund the user's money until the product status is "Returned".

Warranty and Guarantee Conditions for Products -


*The original box along with the warranty card and packaging materials must be returned when returning the product.

* The warranty will not apply to personally damaged products.

*It will not apply if the product is damaged due to the fault/accident of the product.

*Replacement products cannot be requested for products with warranty.

*Today the damaged product has been delivered, the package must be unboxed when the product is delivered to the company to prove the missing fee.

* The problem is that the product does not have a warranty and guarantee, but there is a chance to replace the product within 3 days. However, if 3 days have passed, you will not have to pay a replacement.

In all cases where Happy Return will be applicable for consumables-

* If the product does not match the product description 'on the site' at the time of order

* If the product is defective, broken, damaged, expired

* If the size, color, flavor of the product does not match

* If another product is delivered instead of the ordered product

* If the price is higher than the specified price

The above issues must be complained about within 3 days of product delivery along with the above evidence

How to return:

*Contact Mayama.com.BD Customer Care Team by emailing Mayama.com.bd@gmail.com within 03 days of receiving your order.

*After picking up or accepting your return, we will check the quality of the product on our side and if the return is invalid, we will replace the product with a new one or we will proceed with a refund.

Refund Policy

*Refunds will be processed after your return has been assessed.

Replacement will be made subject to stock availability with the supplier. If the product is out of stock, you will be given a full refund, no questions asked.

*Please note that Cash on Delivery convenience charges and shipping charges will not be included in the refund price of your order as they are non-refundable.

*If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD), no refund is required for your order as you have not paid for it.

*For payments made using Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Banking or Bank Transfer, you will receive a refund in your respective cases.

*If the payment is made again online due to a technical error, the refund will be issued.

*You will receive a refund anytime within 7-15 business days. If you do not receive the refund within this period, please write to us at Mayama.com.bd@gmail.com and we will investigate.
